I want everyone to be on the look for this issue. This company is stating that they have (2) of these units when they do NOT. The company is taking your money for a TX2500Z but they are sending you a tx2-1370 which cost around $500 less. I spoke to a representative myself and was told they don’t have the model but this item is still being advertised as being in stock as of 02-08-2010 which is really fake and misleading. I returned the item last week and was told I would receive a refund but as of today nothing has happen. The company which is providing this scam is Techno Intelligence just type in tx2500z and you will see that they are claiming to have the item but when you order it they will send you another notebook entirely. I just want to inform everyone of this matter but luckily they performed this act on someone which operates on the right side of the law and handles this type of issue on a national front.
I ordered a TX2500Z but I was sent the tx2-1370 notebook which HP verified as well. I just got the system on Friday so hopefully this issues will be fixed by early next week. Be careful and make sure you get what you pay for.

|terrible product,
I bought this laptop before and was very very disappointed! It has blackscreen problem. I searched on internet and found other people also had such issue. It has hardware design bug which causing overheating. I threw away the laptop and bought a new one. I will not buy any hp laptop in the future. Excellent luck to you if you still want to take risk and try it.

there is a design flaw in this laptop…It will be fine and will work fantastic till you hit the problem of blank screen. What a blank screen is basically your computer goes into hibernate you see all the lights on laptop but no output on the screen, even if you connect external monitor you will not see anything. The issue is GNU chip gets very hot since the copper plate on the chip is not really sufficient enough to protect it. I searched youtube and found the solution and surprising it worked. If you want to waste your money surely go for it..I am repenting for getting this product. The support is just riddiculous they will act as if they dont know what the issue is, despite clear symptoms and you telling them that its the same issue as posted in some forum or even if you make any reference to the youtube video. They will say we dont have access to anything external we use our internal database to search for solution. Well HP customer care is terrible if you hope that you will get support from them. Excellent luck if you have already bought it, and wait for for the blank screen to really make you go mad.
