Absolutely Dreadful,
The first thing I noticed is that it was very loud compared to my other laptop cool pad (no longer available or I would have bought another one, it still works fantastic after 4 years), but it worked OK so I kept it. About 4 months later, one of the fans started screeching. If I lifted the laptop and tapped on it the noise would stop for a while, then start again. By the time I got annoyed enough to buy a new one, I noticed that one of the two fans had died completely. It was also the flimsiest plastic. All in all, excellent riddance.

I had the product for a couple of weeks before it just completely stopped working for no reason that I can tell. Even before it stopped working, though, it didn’t do a fantastic job of cooling. The ancient Targus cooling pads were fantastic, but the last couple of models they’ve made have been crap. The last one only lasted a few months, and this one only a couple of weeks.

|Zero Stars from Me – Terrible Product,
Please beware!!!!!!
This product was a complete waste of money. One the second day the fan started to vibrate and make noise to the point where I would rather have my leg burn up than suffer the torture of the sounds any longer.
Cheaply made and not a smart go on my part. I will not buy any other Targus products, I see most are lowly rated.
